Project ControllerSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent BenefitsWorking Pattern: 37.5 hours per week 4 day working week Monday to Thursday, Remote working but required to come to the office when needed.Location: Havant, Portsmouth.OverviewAs a Planner and Project Controller, you''ll support the planning, tracking, and reporting of projects within our engineering programmes. Working closely with experienced planners and project managers, you''ll help maintain schedules, analyse metrics, monitor progress, and assist in cost and risk management activities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in project controls and gain hands-on experience in a structured and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Scheduling:Assist in developing and updating project schedules both independently and under the guidance of senior planners. Help track progress and identify potential delays or issues.Cost and Performance Tracking:Support the monitoring of project costs and performance data, helping ensure projects stay on track and within budget.Data and Reporting:Help prepare and analyse project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for project teams and stakeholders.Risk and Change Support:Assist in creating and tracking project risks and changes, learning how to analyse impacts on schedules and budgets.Documentation and Controls:Maintain accurate project records, baselines, and logs, ensuring project data is up to date and well organised.Team ..... full job details .....
