Key Responsibilities: Operate as finance lead on bidding activities, ensuring accurate bid costings and application of financial criteria. Collaborate with the Bid Manager to establish favourable milestone payment plans and assist in the preparation of bid presentation packs. Ensure compliance with the Bid Process and maintain strong financial control over designated projects and bids. Work closely with Project Managers to meet financial objectives, regularly reviewing project costs, commitments, forecasts, and overall financial health. Present financial status in management reviews and manage project risk registers. Resolve queries across functions, ensure high-quality project data, and provide required management accounting data. Manage all customer financial reporting requirements and support internal/external project audits. Identify and implement improvements to finance and business processes.
