You''re good at what you do. You understand projects, can analyse data, you can read a project report without flinching, and you know the difference between a baseline that works and one that''s just there for show.

A major defence prime is growing its project controls function, and they need people who understand the discipline, not just those who can populate a Primavera template. You''ll be embedded in live programmes, working across schedule validation, integrated baseline management, schedule risk analysis, and cost-to-go forecasting. Real work, real accountability.

The environment is collaborative, the work is meaningful, and the salary lands between -40,000 and -48,000 depending on where you are in your career. Add in hybrid working, a pension contribution of up to 14%, flexi leave, and paid overtime, and it''s a solid package.

Ideally, you''ll already have had some exposure to project delivery, be comfortable with data production and analysis, and familiarity with tools like Primavera, SAP, or ARM would be beneficial. The level of experience is flexible, as they''re recruiting across a range of seniority levels.
