The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and industrial projects, with experience managing projects from initial planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple civils and industrial projects from start to finish. Take overall responsibility for programme, budget, quality and delivery. Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Monitor project progress and ensure programmes are maintained. Manage client relationships and attend project meetings. Review project costs, variations and commercial performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with relevant legislation. Prepare and review RAMS, programmes and project documentation. Carry out regular site visits and monitor project performance. Work closely with Directors and the wider management team.
