Are you a Construction graduate looking to kick-start your career in project delivery?
We''re working with an established and growing organisation within the offsite construction sector, delivering innovative new-build projects across the commercial and education markets.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for two ambitious Project Coordinators to join their team in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams while developing your career within a fast-growing sector.

What will you be doing?
As a Project Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly from design through to delivery.
You''ll be responsible for:
* Supporting Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
* Coordinating project information across multiple departments.
* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
* Assisting with the coordination of design and construction information.
* Visiting live project sites across the UK and gaining valuable site experience.
* Developing your knowledge of project delivery within the offsite construction industry.

We''re keen to hear from recent Construction graduates who are ambitious, organised and keen to develop a career in project delivery.
You''ll ideally have:
* A degree in Construction Management or a related Construction discipline.
* An understanding of construction processes, programmes and project delivery.
* The ability to read and understand construction and design drawings.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and software.
* A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence, as UK-wide site travel will be required.

The package includes:
* -30,000 starting salary
* Hybrid working - 3 days in the Coventry office / 2 days remote
* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
