Project Coordinator Location: Suffolk Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 Full Time Monday to Friday About the Role We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join a growing and highly regarded organisation delivering bespoke projects for customers across the UK. This is a varied role focused on coordinating projects from order through to completion. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure programmes stay on track, stakeholders remain informed, and key milestones are achieved throughout the project lifecycle. The position would suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and CoordinationSupport project handovers from sales and design teams.Establish project timelines and key delivery milestones.Maintain accurate project records and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.Communicate programme updates and revised schedules where required.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.Provide regular updates and manage expectations around project timelines.Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.Build strong working relationships to ensure projects progress smoothly.Operational CoordinationLiaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ..... full job details .....
