Are you an organised problem-solver with a knack for keeping projects on track? We''re looking for a commercially minded Project Co-ordinator to join our client''s dynamic team. From handling customer enquiries and processing orders to steering schedules, budgets, and deliverables, you''ll play a key role in making every project a success.
Description of the role:
- Execute commercial projects, including managing warranty commitments.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
- Ensure timely delivery of enquiries and orders.
- Plan and deliver projects in line with requirements agreed during the tendering process.
- Manage projects to cost, specification, and schedule, highlighting issues early.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including tenders, works orders, and invoicing instructions.
- Negotiate and document customer project variations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company''s CRM system.
- Track deliverables, monitor costs, and report project progress.
- Ensure payments are received within contractual timeframes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to assess satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Work flexibly to meet business needs.
About you:
- Ideally, have experience within a similar role with project management duties
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work to tight deadlines
