We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Civil Engineer with 3–5+ years of post-graduate experience to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, contributing to innovative and sustainable design solutions.The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare civil engineering designs and calculations for highways, drainage, earthworks, and external works.
Produce technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
Develop designs using industry-standard software packages.
Support project delivery from feasibility through planning, detailed design, and construction stages.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies, and other project stakeholders.
Attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings as required.
Assist with the preparation of planning and technical approval submissions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Approximately 3–5 years' experience within a consultancy or design environment.
Experience in drainage design, highway design, and infrastructure projects.
Proficient in relevant design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of UK design standards and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage workloads effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
Working towards professional accreditation (ICE or similar) would be advantageous.
