Location: Barrow-in-Furness / HybridContract: ContractIndustry: Defence / EngineeringWe''re currently looking for a Project Professional to join a Business Change team supporting major projects within the defence sector.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Business Change and Project Management, who can work closely with project delivery teams, SMEs and stakeholders to help implement new ways of working and support wider cultural transformation.The RoleYou''ll provide Business Change support throughout the project lifecycle, helping to establish strong foundations from the conceptual phase through to implementation. You''ll work closely with project teams to understand their requirements and provide practical support around change management, engagement, training and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Business Change advice during the conceptual phase of projects.Work closely with project delivery teams to understand project detail, challenges and insights.Support the implementation of best-practice change management approaches, including methodologies, templates and ways of working.Collaborate with Training and Communications teams to develop engaging and relevant content.Gather information from project SMEs and translate this into effective engagement materials.Support project teams in following the approved Business Change approach.Help embed and sustain new ways of working and wider cultural transformation.Contribute to the development and ..... full job details .....
