  • General Site Administration: Maintain comprehensive project files, manage document control, update tracking logs, handle correspondence, and prepare meeting minutes or reports.

  • Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate material deliveries to site to ensure seamless flow with construction phases while minimizing disruption.

  • H&S and Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining health and safety records, inductions, and site documentation.

  • Industry Passion: A keen interest in high-end residential property development and construction delivery.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional manner when dealing with sub-contractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional administrative skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
