Project Assistant

Join a growing Utility Solutions Practice delivering utility-based services to a range of clients. Based at The Hub, Aztec West, Bristol, the team supports flexible and hybrid working.
Your new role
- Provide administrative and project support
- Manage shared mailbox and respond to queries
- Liaise with asset owners and suppliers
- Process payments (BACS, credit card, invoices)
- Prepare and update performance reports
- Monitor client financial status
- Assist with audits and quality checks
- Set up new customers in financial systems
- Support other teams with ad hoc tasks
What you''ll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy
- Confident with MS Office
- Clear communicator and problem-solver
- Organised and adaptable
- Trustworthy with financial data
- Previous admin/project support experience (desirable)
What you''ll get in return
