Project Architect
to help shape the future of our clubs - ensuring every space reflects our premium brand identity and delivers an outstanding member experience. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact refurbishments of our existing clubs, and supporting on the new club developments alongside our Design Manager.What You''ll Do
Lead the design of refurbishment projects across our existing estate, maintaining and elevating our brand standardsSupport the Design Manager on new club developments, reviewing technical drawing packs from external consultantsDevelop interior design concepts, technical drawings, and joinery detailsContribute to the evolution of the Third Space Design GuideCollaborate with the wider Projects Team to shape creative direction from concept to completionWhat You''ll Bring
RIBA/ARB Part 1, 2 and 3 qualifications4+ years’ experience in a UK-based architectural office or design studioProven experience delivering interior fit-out and retrofit projects across all RIBA stagesStrong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and detail drawing productionProficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteA passion for interior design and the fitness and wellness sectorHighly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer
