A growing architectural practice specialising in high-end residential design is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its team in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of bespoke residential projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a design-led studio with a reputation for delivering exceptional homes.

* Lead and manage high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
* Produce high-quality design and technical drawings and documentation
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Incorporate sustainable design principles into project delivery
* Provide both design and technical input throughout the project lifecycle
* Support the ongoing success and development of the practice

* ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience
* Strong background in high-end private residential projects within the UK
* Proven experience managing projects through all stages from concept to completion
* Excellent design, technical, and detailing skills
* Strong communication and client-facing abilities
* Proficiency in Vectorworks is advantageous
* Interest in sustainable design, with Passivhaus experience highly desirable
