Project Architect / Senior TechnologistLocation: South of EnglandSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceExperience: 5+ years UK practice experienceAn established and design-focused architectural practice is looking for a Project Architect or Senior Technologist with strong Revit experience to join its collaborative team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality residential projects.The practice works across a varied portfolio of bespoke residential schemes, including contemporary new-build homes, heritage projects, listed buildings, conversions and bespoke extensions.The RoleYou will work across multiple projects and RIBA work stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery and project running. Responsibilities will include:Developing design proposals and planning documentationProducing detailed technical and construction informationPreparing Building Regulations and tender packagesCoordinating with clients, consultants and contractorsSupporting projects through construction and deliveryContributing to design development and technical problem-solvingManaging your own workload and project responsibilitiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:5+ years'' experience working within UK architectural practiceExperience running residential projects from design through to deliveryStrong Revit experience, alongside AutoCAD and SketchUpProven ability to produce detailed technical drawing packagesGood knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction ..... full job details .....
