Project Architect

Job Overview
An opportunity to join a leisure team delivering sports and leisure projects across the country. Based in Manchester, this role suits an ARB-registered architect with at least five years'' post-qualification experience, proven leisure sector experience and confident project-running skills. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, coordinating project teams, clients and external stakeholders while applying relevant Sport England Design standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate internal teams and external project stakeholders
• Manage programmes and agreed project milestones
• Lead client meetings and project discussions
• Apply Sport England Design standards to leisure projects

Skills & Experience Required

• At least five years'' post-qualification experience
• Proven sports and leisure project experience
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Confident client and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project running and organisational abilities

Salary & Benefits

• Up to -48,000 dependent on experience
• Work from home and early finish Fridays
• ARB membership fees covered
