A Project Architect job is available in Holborn, London, joining an established architectural practice working across residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre projects. The role involves project delivery across all RIBA stages, producing technical information in Revit, coordinating with consultants and contributing to the continued development of the London studio.
Practice & Project Information
This established practice delivers projects across the UK and Ireland, with a varied portfolio covering residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre developments. The Holborn studio provides a collaborative environment where architects are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas and develop their technical and project delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support and deliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients throughout project delivery
Apply knowledge of UK building regulations, specifications and construction methods
Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions
Assist with project timelines, scope, budgets and agreed quality standards
Required Skills and Experience
ARB and RIBA registered with at least 3 years post-Part III experience
Advanced Revit skills, with capability demonstrated during the interview process
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Good knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and technical documentation
Ability to manage and deliver projects or work packages independently or collaboratively
Strong communication, organisational and technical skills; NBS Chorus or data centre experience advantageous
Benefits and Package
