This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects within the education sector (DfE frameworks), while contributing to the growth and strength of the sector team.The RoleAs a Project Architect, you will take ownership of projects through all stages, managing complex client relationships and working closely with contractors. You will be responsible for delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring clear communication and leadership throughout.The client base is demanding but fair, so we’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also confident, resilient, and diplomatic, able to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain excellent long-term relationships.Progression and OpportunityThis role offers clear progression. After 12 months of successful delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to expand and build a team within the education sector, shaping its direction and taking it where you want it to go. From there, the path to Associate and Director level is well defined, with dedicated support from our global Learning and Development team to help you achieve it.What We’re Looking ForExperience on DfE education sector projectsARB Part 3 qualified architectMinimum 3 years’ client-facing experienceStrong experience working with contractors and leading design coordinationConfident, collaborative, and able to handle critical feedback constructivelyProficiency in Revit and Rhino is desirableWhat''s On Offer£50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Annual pay review and discretionary bonusGenerous pension schemeBupa healthcare20 days annual leave + bank holidays20 days paid sick leave per yearInclusive, collaborative working environment.
