Anderselite are seeking a talented Project Architect with strong job-running experience to join a studio with a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering projects from inception to completion and will excel in client liaison, project management, and collaborative working. Experience within the education sector is highly desirable, though we welcome applicants from other sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver architectural projects through all RIBA stages.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and review detailed design and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, codes, and health & safety requirements.
- Oversee site works, respond to construction queries, and maintain progress reporting.

Requirements
- ARB registered Architect.
- Job-running experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred AutoCAD and Adobe Suite also considered.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in education sector projects advantageous.
