Project Architect

We are currently partnering with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint a Project Architect to join their growing team in North Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the design and development of multiple or large scale commercial projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion 
• To provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience post bachelor’s degree of experience in commercial architecture.
• Proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in all Revit functions (preferred)
• Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
• A practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
• Strong job running skills.
