Project Architect

An award-winning architectural practice in Leeds with over 40 years of design excellence is seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to lead a diverse range of projects in the Residential and Leisure sectors. Based in a vibrant, modern studio in North Leeds (LS20), this established practice is home to a collaborative team of 40+ Architects and Technologists. Their reputation for creating sustainable and striking design solutions has made them a trusted name across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Education. Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their team with a skilled Project Architect who is confident running projects from concept to completion. What You ll Be Doing: Leading the design and delivery of projects within the Residential (including social and private housing, extra care and care homes) and Leisure sectors. Managing all RIBA stages from concept design through to on-site delivery. Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet design, budget and time expectations. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the collaborative studio culture. What We re Looking For: ARB registered Project Architect with 3 5 years'' post-Part III experience as a minimum.
