Join a business that''s scaling quickly, with planning and technical specialists working side-by-side on Residential, Heritage and Sports and Leisure projects that range from small, characterful sites to major strategic developments spanning the country. As a Project Architect, you''ll take ownership and lead projects through all RIBA stages for a client base that spans private developers, commercial clients through to well-renowned housebuilders. Expect close day-to-day involvement with colleagues across planning and technical disciplines as projects progress. Project Architect requirements: ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect Solid track record taking projects through all RIBA stages A confident grasp of planning policy across the UK A knack for balancing creative ambition with commercial reality and policy compliance Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating design intent clearly Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp The Opportunity This is a business investing heavily in its people and its pipeline of work.
