Architect - UK and International projectsMy Clients are an esteemed AJ100 practice based in Central London, they are looking to expand their team with a project architect to join their practice to work across the Transport and Aviation sectors. This is a great opportunity for an Architect to flourish in their career with ample opportunity for growth and progression and to work on an abundance of intricate high profile projects both within the UK and InternationallyIf you have a minimum 4 years of post experience within the transport and aviation sectors across large scale projects, have demonstratable experience working within the earlier front end RIBA stages and also have demonstratable experience creating Hand drawings this could be a great opportunity for you to join a design focused large practice.Key Responsibilities:Interpret client briefs and produce high quality conceptual drawings and details across the earlier RIBA stagesEnsure compliance with current building regulations and legislation.Collaborate with teams internally to create conceptual and technical drawings then ensure they are delivered on site through the later RIBA stages.Assisting associates and directors with the conceptual design and delivery of large scale projects across multiple sectorsEssential Requirements:4+ years'' experience in large scale project with a strong focus on the earlier RIBA stagesStrong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup - EssentialDemonstratable experience in Hand Drawing and large scale projectsARB Registered - Essential.Design led experience would be desirableWhat''s on Offer:A competitive salary of 40,000 - 44,000, dependent on experience.Genuine Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in office/Site - 2 WFH
