Position: Project ArchitectLocation: Holmes Chapel, CheshireSalary: 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience)Working Arrangement: Office Based Initially / Hybrid Once EstablishedEmployment Type: PermanentA Project Architect is required to join a specialist architectural and property consultancy based in Holmes Chapel. The practice delivers bespoke residential projects across the UK, creating high-quality homes and adaptations tailored around the individual requirements of private clients. Working within a close-knit team of approximately 16 people, the successful candidate will gain significantly more project ownership than is typically available within a larger architectural practice.This is a particularly varied role where you will have the opportunity to manage residential projects from initial client contact and survey through planning, Building Regulations and construction to completion. You will work directly with private clients, contractors and other professional stakeholders, taking genuine responsibility for project delivery while receiving support from an experienced Head of Department.Project Architect Salary and BenefitsSalary 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience.21 days holiday plus bank holidays.Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per year of service, up to 25 days.Company pension scheme.Hybrid working available once established within the team.Free onsite parking.Business mileage paid at 45p per mile.All required business travel and overnight expenses ..... full job details .....
