Project Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our London office seeking new challenges to grow the business through quality design, delivery and business development.Projects presently include Hospitality, Leisure and Private Residential.Candidate requirements5-10 years Qualified experience the majority within the UK through all RIBA workstages.Experience working on Listed Buildings/Heritage Assets.Fitout and interior experience, working with Interior Designers.Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken, technical and social.Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketchup skills as well as administrative package of 365.Have experience and knowledge of planning, permitted development and building regulations.Be able to prepare Planning and Listed Building Applications including drawings and documentation and submitting via the Planning Portal.Comply with the duties as Principal Designer and Lead Consultant.Be very creative and wish to push design opportunities on all projects.Have a wish to help grow the office through Design Quality.Interest and experience in Business Development.Our offer:Project ownership from start to end through all workstages with some exciting Commercial projects in Central London.Great office location within a Workspace Group centre.On site bike parking with showers.Company Pension.Office based position full-time, 37.5 hours a week. 9am-5.30pm.CPD events and continual learning.ApplicationsAll through the RIBA website.CV and examples of work in pdfs no larger than 5mb.
