Project and Transformation Manager
Reporting to: Chief Executive Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience About the role This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an important period of development and transformation for West London Synagogue. Working closely with the executive team, the postholder will provide coordination and project management across a range of organisational priorities and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the wider transformation programme. The role will bring together project management, organisational performance, impact measurement, reporting and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will help turn strategic priorities into practical plans, ensure projects remain on track, and provide clear information to senior leaders and the Board about progress, performance and impact. This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys working across an organisation, bringing structure to complexity and helping people turn good ideas into effective delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Transformation and Organisational Priorities Play a key role in coordinating and supporting the organisation''s transformation programme.
