Title: Project and Research ManagerLocation: Cambridge (Hybrid)Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (DOE)Contract: Full-Time, PermanentWe are currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Project and Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.Main duties will include:Leading research projects from initial planning through to completionDesigning and developing surveys and questionnairesGathering, analysing, and interpreting data setsConducting interviews and facilitating focus groupsProducing reports, presentations, and briefing materialsTranslating complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsWorking closely with clients, funders, and key stakeholdersSupporting the development of new initiatives and funding applicationsEnsuring all research is conducted ethically and complies with data protection standardsThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience delivering research or evaluation projectsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience using both quantitative and/or qualitative research methodsThe ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and project management abilitiesExperience using research tools such as SPSS, R, Stata, or similarIf this opportunity sounds like the right next step for you, please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for further details.We aim ..... full job details .....
