Project and Procurement Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing high-end residential construction business, offering genuine long-term career progression and exposure to some exceptional projects. The company delivers highly specified residential projects typically valued from 1m upwards, including bespoke new-build homes, substantial extensions, heritage refurbishments and complex conversions. With four live projects running at any one time and continued plans for growth, they are looking to strengthen their procurement and project team with someone who wants to develop alongside the business. The company is particularly interested in speaking with graduates or individuals with around 1-2 years'' experience who are looking to establish a career within construction, procurement or project management. However, they are equally open to considering more experienced procurement professionals who could join at a higher level and bring additional knowledge to the team. Salary, package and job title can be adjusted accordingly for the right person. Project and Procurement Assistant - The Role This is much more than a traditional administration position. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and wider project team, gaining hands-on exposure to procurement, commercial management and project delivery while being supported by experienced senior construction professionals with Tier 1 contracting backgrounds.
