Project and Change Manager6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with Immediate StartLocation - This is a remote role but ideally someone would be based in the southwest area as there may occasionally travelSalary - 55K to 60K (DOE)The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project and Change Manager (workforce, technology, service redesign) to join a growing healthcare and community services organisation. This is a highly visible role responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects and transformation programmes that improve services, enhance operational performance, and support organisational growth.Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and key stakeholders, you will manage projects from initiation through to implementation and successful handover into business-as-usual operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence meaningful change across a diverse portfolio of healthcare and community-based services. Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and deliver multiple projects and change programmes simultaneously.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource plans.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.Monitor project progress and produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.Manage project governance, documentation and assurance processes.Facilitate project meetings, steering groups and stakeholder forums.
