The Role As a Project and Bid Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects while ensuring bid submissions are completed to a high standard and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are metPrepare and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, risk registers)Monitor project progress and coordinate activities across teamsProduce accurate financial reports and track project costsOrganise and support internal project review meetingsAssist with supplier coordination and task trackingCoordinate bid activities in line with internal processesContribute to writing and compiling high-quality bid submissionsMaintain bid tracking systems and documentation librariesSupport post-bid reviews and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure all submissions meet deadlines and quality standards About You Degree in a relevant field such as technology, engineering, or similar (preferred)Project Management qualification (desirable)Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Visio)Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, and a strong team playerEligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC)Able to commute to Redhill, Surrey What''s on Offer Salary of £28,000 - £30,000Benefits packageCareer development opportunities within project ..... full job details .....
