This would suit those who like to have some travel within a role.This role would suit an engineer with experience working with process plant equipment or air movement equipment such as ducts, fans or similar. You will hold an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or similar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing applications support to the wider sales team and the preparation of bids. You will be involved in reviewing project requirements provided by the sales team and complete the design to ensure the concept can be achieved.The Project and Applications Engineer Role:• Development of designs using AutoCAD and drawing approvals• Preparation of technical and commercial bids• Preparing design calculations• Developing technical specifications and associated documents• Analysis of reports, maps, drawings, photographs, geological data etc.• Travel up to 25% - international and nationalThe Project and Applications Engineer Candidate:• Experienced mechanical engineer• Hold an engineering degree mechanical, chemical or ..... full job details .....
