This role is ideal for someone who is computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Co-Pilot, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Knowledge or previous experience in the housebuilding market would be beneficial but not essential. Day-to-day of the role: Pricing tenders using AI. Handling site variations and queries. Collating weekly timesheets and inputting data for fortnightly payroll and invoicing. Compiling monthly site reports with running figures. Chasing quotes and compiling Health and Safety packs for new sites. Identifying new business opportunities. Conducting customer liaison and organising seminars, briefings, and meetings. Coordinating site pre-start meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Co-Pilot. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
