Project Administrator
Project Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator and Document Controller to join a leading Electronic business based in Southampton. Responsibilities:Create, maintain and update document control systemsManage the distribution of documents to interna teams and external stakeholdersLiaise with project managers, engineers and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documentsEnsure documents comply with company standards, project requirements and guidelinesEnsure proper archiving of all paperwork once project is completedWorking closely with the Technical department in order to ensure documentation accuracy Requirements as a Project Administrator / Document Controller:Proven administration experienceKnowledge of supplier coordination and processesFamiliarity with CAD and Technical drawingsInterest in engineering or technical environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systemsAbility to think quickly and act effectively in a time sensitive situationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage changing priorities and unexpected issues with computer The Project Administrator role:Competitive SalaryMonday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)Employee Assistance ProgrammeBirthday off If you are interested in this Project Administrator position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps. ..... full job details .....
