The role responsibilities will include:- Managing the company email inbox ensuring all messages are responded to Maintain project documentation and compliance records Provide admin support to Estimators, Project Manager and Directors Manage the company van (maintenance, servicing etc) Order supplier and material deliveries to site Organise test equipment, calibrations and returns Learning their inhouse system called Simpro Assist with Project set up and delivery Gather all documents for Project Attend weekly project meetings Provide support to the MD where required We are looking for a person who has good Word, Excel and CRM systems experience, has a can do attitude, has clear and concise communication skills and enjoys multitasking.
