      <description>Location: Immingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Administrator for our client located in Killingholme. This is a contract opportunity working till the end of December, but is likely to extend into 2027. Duties and Responsibilities:  Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, schedules, and records. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action logs. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with budget monitoring, purchase requisitions, invoice receipting, and cost reporting. Manage project correspondence and stakeholder communications. Maintain project sharepoint databases, filing systems, and document control processes. Monitor risks, issues, and actions ensuring they are recorded and followed up. Prepare regular progress reports and status updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures Support resource planning and coordination activities. Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments as required</description>
