You’ll provide administrative support to the Construction and Commissioning teams, helping ensure projects run smoothly and documentation is kept accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Managing project documentation and records. Coordinating drawings, RFIs, RFAs and technical submissions. Maintaining project trackers and schedules. Preparing reports and meeting minutes. Supporting project meetings, handovers and commissioning. Coordinating O&M manuals, testing records and certification. Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and clients. About You Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
