Temporary Project AdministratorLocation: Uttoxeter Contract: Temporary, full-time Recruitment agency: Ethero Reporting to: Operations ManagerThe RoleEthero is recruiting a Temporary Project Administrator to join the Major Projects team of a well-established organisation at its distribution hub in Uttoxeter.This is a key administrative role supporting a busy seasonal project. You will help coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate system records and communicate with drivers, third-party transport providers and internal departments.Your work will play an important part in ensuring assets are dispatched, tracked and delivered smoothly and on time throughout the Christmas project period. Important: Due to the location of the site and very limited public transport links, applicants must have their own reliable mode of transport to travel to and from work.Key ResponsibilitiesProject AdministrationCreating purchase ordersDispatching loads and preparing proof of delivery paperworkUpdating and maintaining information within Microsoft Business CentralMaintaining accurate project spreadsheetsMonitoring route changes and making the necessary system adjustmentsMonitoring internal communication channels and escalating delivery issuesCollating and recording proof of delivery informationInputting documentation received from third-party hauliersChasing transport providers for missing or outstanding paperworkFull training on Microsoft Business Central will be provided.
