Project Administrator
Our well established, successful, and constantly developing client are currently looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team in Stroud on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a great opportunity to join a successful, dynamic engineering company that has a low turnover of staff and who can offer excellent career progression if desired.Within this business, you will be offered ongoing support in your role and will be part of a friendly team with further learning opportunities.Key Duties- Act as a contact for customers and internal teams on project updates and timelines.- Be a key customer contact throughout assigned projects and orders.- Work with internal teams to keep projects on track and on time.- Support project planning, coordination and progress tracking.- Assist with monitoring project costs and performance.- Maintain project records, documents and reporting systems.- Support quotations, change requests and project documentation.- Help improve internal processes and reporting methods.- Coordinate customer meetings, visits and site activities.- Support customer queries, returns and aftersales activities.- Assist with operational and month-end reporting.- Support project managers with daily coordination tasks.- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication.- Keep customers updated on progress, risks and delays.- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer ..... full job details .....
