Project Administrator and CDM Coordinator

We''re looking for a proactive Project Administrator and CDM Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.In this varied and dynamic role, you will provide essential administrative support across multiple projects while ensuring CDM (Construction Design and Management) compliance is maintained throughout. You''ll work closely with project managers, clients, and contractors, coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and helping to ensure health and safety standards are upheld. From managing project records and schedules to supporting risk assessments and compliance processes, you''ll be at the heart of project delivery, helping to drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all activities.This role will be based in Ham Hill and requires you to attend the office one to two days per week.About CBULCappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England.
