Project Accountant

A very exciting opportunity with a PE backed leading data centre company working with the Regional Financial Controller and closely with the Design and Construction team for the EMEA region. The role will be responsible for all end to end processes for asset companies within the region, including financial reporting and analysis to EMEA regional finance.Main Responsibilities Overall financial responsibility for all 4 operating AssetCo entities within the regionReview and presentation of monthly results in line with Group policies and timelinesProviding review and challenge of the site cash flows, before presenting upstreamMonitoring of accounts payable and tax paymentsLiaising with the Design and Construction team to ensure budget monitoring and debt drawdownsInvolvement in annual budgeting process and forecastsDebt covenants, monitoring and paymentYear end responsibilities for asset companies including preparation of financial statements and completion of audits within strict timeframesQualifications And Experience Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA)Experience partnering with senior staffCommercial and business acumenProblem solver, with the ability to work in ambiguity and provide recommendations and solutions to challengesExcellent written and oral communication skillsCash flow management experience ideally gained in the construction industryDemonstrated interpersonal skillsYondr is committed to fostering a welcoming, safe and inclusive work environment.
