Project Accountant

Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Accountant to join a leading global professional services organisation during a major finance transformation.This role will lead the design, standardisation, and implementation of global budgeting and forecasting processes across a newly integrated business. Working closely with Finance, IT, Data, and senior stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable, efficient, and data-driven planning processes supported by new systems and technologies.Key responsibilities:Define the global target operating model for budgeting and forecastingDesign standardised end-to-end planning processes across business unitsIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve planning activityPartner with Finance, IT, Data, and implementation teams to align process and system designEnsure alignment across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidationOwn global process standards, governance, and documentationSupport training, communication, adoption, and transition to business-as-usualKey requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)Strong experience leading budgeting and forecasting transformation in a large global organisationDeep understanding of FPandA processes including budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario planning, and driver-based planningExperience in finance transformation and ERP/EPM implementation programmesStrong stakeholder management and senior executive engagement experienceKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
