You enjoy managing several projects at once, solving problems before they become bigger issues and keeping people informed when deadlines or requirements change. This will suit someone who wants more ownership than a traditional account management role. You’ll be close to the client, but you’ll also be heavily involved in production planning, procurement, logistics and installation. Your experience You’ll ideally have experience in project management, account management or operational delivery within one or more of the following: • Large format print or signage • Retail graphics or point of sale • Shopfitting or commercial fit out • Hospitality or food and beverage environments • Store openings, refurbishments or national rollouts • Creative production or installation services You’ll need to be confident managing clients, coordinating different departments and making practical decisions in a fast moving environment.
