Job Title: Progression CoachLocation: E1 7SAPay Rate: £15.50 per hour + Holiday PayContract: Ongoing TemporaryAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Progression Coach to support individuals experiencing homelessness in moving towards positive outcomes such as training, work experience, and employment.This role focuses on delivering clear, measurable progression, ensuring clients are supported to take meaningful steps forward rather than remaining in long-term support.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 coaching, advice, and guidance (IAG)Support clients with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparationManage a caseload and track client progress effectivelyAssist individuals into training, employment, and other positive pathwaysDeliver or support group sessions (e.g. employability skills workshops)Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and external partnersAccurately record outcomes and report on progressWhat Success Looks LikeClients progressing into employment, training, or further opportunitiesClear and structured progression plans for each individualStrong caseload management with consistent tracking of outcomesPositive partnerships that create real opportunities for clientsKey RequirementsExperience supporting individuals with multiple barriers (e.g. homelessness, complex needs)Strong coaching and motivational skillsExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseloadExperience working in a target-driven or ..... full job details .....
