Founded in 1860, Providence Row is an established homelessness charity supporting people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in London. We are looking for an experienced employability manager with strong people-management skills who can lead and develop a small team delivering high-quality progression support. You will oversee service delivery, staff performance and caseloads, ensuring clients receive effective, strengths-based support and that the service achieves its agreed outcomes. You will use performance data to identify areas for improvement, develop the practice of your team and maintain high standards of delivery.
