As a Progression Advisor, you'll provide personalised coaching, guidance and practical support to help participants achieve their employment, training and personal development goals. Through a person-centred approach, you'll help individuals build resilience, increase independence and take positive steps towards sustainable outcomes, including employment where appropriate. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll develop trusted relationships with participants, coordinate access to specialist services and deliver tailored support that empowers people to realise their potential. Salary:  £31,000 per annum Contract:  Permanent Full-Time  (37 hours) Location : Bristol Field Based. Regular travel throughout the designated area will be required.
