Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored academic support to students, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals. Monitor and track student progress, offering guidance and strategies for improvement. Foster a supportive and motivating environment to build student''s confidence. Work closely with subject teachers to align support with individual learning needs. Assist with study skills and exam preparation, ensuring students are fully prepared for their assessments.
