This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND professional who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The Role As a Progress Partner, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to support individual learning and development plans. Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing. Encourage independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom. Support pupils with their academic, social, and personal development.
