The Role The Progress Coordinator will play a vital role in monitoring the progress of customer orders from entre through the manufacturing process, identifying potential delays, and working closely with various departments to ensure delivery commitments are met. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities • Monitor the progress of customer orders from release through to dispatch. • Liaise daily with Technical, Production, Purchasing, Stores, Planning, and Customer Service teams to track order status. • Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and escalate issues promptly. • Ensure production priorities align with customer delivery requirements. • Update internal systems with accurate progress information. • Attend production ..... full job details .....
