Bath International Study Centre (ISC) is an exciting development, launching in September 2026. The Progress Coach''s role is to support students within the ISC, both online and face-to-face. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of services and processes enabling the site to consistently provide excellent student experience: This will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability. The post holder will assist in delivering a reception service, responding to routine student enquiries, and become a skilled user of our internal student records system. The post holder will monitor student progress through grades and attendance information and will provide appropriate coaching and interventions to assist them.
