The RoleThis SEN college is seeking a compassionate and proactive Progress Coach to provide comprehensive pastoral and wellbeing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Working across multiple campuses, the Progress Coach will help students overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and resilience, and engage fully with their studies and future employment pathways.The role involves working closely with curriculum teams, families, and external professionals to ensure each student receives holistic, personalised support.
