Apprentice Progress Coach - ConstructionLocation: NorthamptonshireSalary: £34,400 - £41,100 per annumContract: Permanent Think FE are working with a well-regarded further education college in Northamptonshire to recruit an Apprentice Progress Coach with a construction background. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry experience in Carpentry or Bricklaying who is passionate about supporting apprentices to succeed both personally and professionally. In this role, you will work closely with apprentices to help them stay on track, overcome barriers, and achieve their goals. You will provide 1:1 and group coaching, helping learners develop the skills, behaviours, and habits needed to progress successfully through their apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 and group coaching to support apprentice progress and achievement Set SMART targets and action plans covering skills, behaviours, and attendance Monitor learner progress and intervene early where concerns arise Support at-risk apprentices to improve engagement, attendance, and retention Deliver personal development sessions focused on employability and wellbeing Work collaboratively with tutors, employers, and internal support teams Provide pastoral support and make referrals to specialist services where appropriate What do you need?
